The office will be closed for five days from 00:00 on Wednesday 30/12/2020 to 23:59 on Sunday 03/01/2021. During this time, Billing and Technical Support will be unavailable for both Partners and End Users. This means there will be no configuration or voice over changes or new setups for any of our services, as well as suspension of non-emergency maintenance to our servers and networks. It is essential you plan ahead for any changes you may need to make or request administrator access if appropriate. Support remains in place throughout the festive period to deal with critical/loss of service issues and to respond promptly to any reports of server or network outages. Our monitoring systems will remain active at all times. In addition, Answering Support is suspended from Friday 18/12/2020 and will resume at 9am on Wednesday 06/01/2021, and so requests for support should be made by submitting a ticket through the Support Portal or by emailing [email protected]. We will check for voicemails occasionally in case you can only call.
