Magrathea has resolved the issue affecting some inbound calls, which were failing intermittently and affecting our DOMAINTAINS product.

This fault was considered to be a Major Network Outage and first reported at 14:40 on 02/05/2025. On behalf of our supplier, 20tele sincerely apologises for any disruption caused – Please call us on 0333 45678 20 or open a support ticket, which you can do automatically by emailing [email protected] or by logging into our Support Portal, if you require further information or to request eligibility for a full credit award as per the 99.99% Call Routing Uptime SLA for DOMAINTAINS. Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to make us aware of an outage in excess of 5 minutes for a full credit award. In case you were unable to contact us during the outage, this Network Issue will remain posted on our primary website 20tele.com/TELIPHONES until 16:20 on 09/05/2025, 7 days after the reported issue was marked as Resolved.
